* Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc has listed an additional 13,812,239,000 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) as of 16 July 2026. * These shares were issued following the company’s Offer for Subscription of 12,581,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of N7.00 per share. * Following this listing, the company's total issued and fully paid-up capital has increased from 52,117,012,414 to 65,929,251,414 ordinary shares.

* The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) listed additional units of two Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) bonds on 14 July 2026. * The 22.60% FGN JAN 2035 bond received an additional 600,902,211 units, bringing its total outstanding to 1,888,285,764. * The 16.2499% FGN APR 2037 bond received an additional 621,000,272 units, bringing its total outstanding to 2,894,491,346.

* Lafarge Africa Plc has officially changed its name to HBM Nigeria Plc. * The company's trading symbol on the Nigerian Exchange Limited has been changed from WAPCO to HBMNG. * The name change follows shareholder approval granted at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2026 and the receipt of a new certificate of incorporation.

• The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has lifted the suspension on trading in the shares of Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc, effective Monday, 6 July 2026. • The suspension was removed following the company’s submission of its outstanding financial statements, as required by the Exchange’s Default Filing Rules.

* Fortis Global Insurance Plc has completed its share capital reconstruction, resulting in the delisting of 12,911,030,586 old ordinary shares. * A total of 3,227,757,647 new ordinary shares (at 50 Kobo each) have been listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited at a price of N3.96 per share. * Following the completion of the reconstruction, the trading suspension on the company’s securities has been lifted.
