* The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) listed two new series of Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) Savings Bonds on June 26, 2026. * The listing includes a 2-year bond (13.777% FGS JUN 2028) with 876,188,000.00 Naira issued and a 3-year bond (14.777% FGS JUN 2029) with 3,802,183,000.00 Naira issued. * Both bond series were issued on June 10, 2026, and feature quarterly coupon payments on the 10th of September, December, March, and June.

* Ellah Lakes Plc has listed an additional 2,252,142,858 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) as of 23 June 2026. * The new shares were issued following the conversion of N6,306,000,000.00 in debt to equity at a price of N2.80 per share. * Following this transaction, the company’s total issued and fully paid-up share capital has increased from 3,858,173,678 to 6,110,316,536 ordinary shares.

* Universal Insurance Plc has extended the closing date for its Rights Issue from 10 June 2026 to 22 June 2026. * The offering consists of 2,666,666,667 ordinary shares at a price of N1.20 per share, issued on a basis of one new share for every six existing shares held. * The extension was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

* The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved amendments to the rules for the listing of Closed-End Funds (CEFs) on the Nigerian Exchange Limited. * These amended rules are scheduled to become effective on 25 June 2026.

* Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has implemented new listing and continuing obligation rules for Closed-End Funds (CEFs), effective May 26, 2026. * CEFs must maintain a minimum free float of 15% and report their Net Asset Value (NAV) on a daily basis. * The rules establish requirements for share buy-backs, liquidity procedures, and ongoing financial reporting, while specifying sanctions for non-compliance, including fines starting at ₦10,000 per week for failing to file accounts on time.
