* Coronation Asset Management has launched a Series II offer for the Coronation Infrastructure Fund (CIF) to raise up to ₦20 billion through the issuance of 186,915,887 units at ₦107.00 each.
* The offering is part of a larger ₦200 billion shelf programme and is intended to increase the fund's Assets under Management (AuM) from over ₦9.2 billion to more than ₦30 billion.
* Proceeds from the capital raise will be used to finance a pipeline of critical, creditworthy infrastructure projects across sectors including transportation, energy, utilities, telecommunications, social infrastructure, and real estate.
