* AIICO Insurance Plc will hold its 56th Annual General Meeting on June 5, 2026, at 11:00 am at the MUSON Centre, Lagos. * The meeting will address ordinary business, including the presentation of the 2025 financial statements, the declaration of a dividend, the election of directors and audit committee members, and the approval of auditor remuneration. * Shareholders are requested to complete e-dividend mandate forms to facilitate electronic payment of dividends starting on June 5, 2026. * Voting for the meeting will be conducted via the Coronation Virtual electronic platform.

* AIICO Insurance Plc has received no-objection approval and officially appointed three new members to its Board of Directors. * The new board appointees include Mr. Sadiq Mohammed (Independent Non-Executive Director), Mr. Tunde Mabawonku (Non-Executive Director), and Rolake Akinkugbe-Filani (Non-Executive Director).
