* Airtel Africa has declared a final dividend of 4.26 cents per ordinary share, payable on 24 July 2026 to shareholders on the register as of 19 June 2026. * Shareholders on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) can choose to receive their dividend in either U.S. dollars or Nigerian naira, with a currency election deadline of 6 July 2026. * The applicable exchange rates for the dividend payment are 1 USD = 1,375.25 Nigerian naira and 1 USD = 0.742115 GB pounds. * Shareholders who do not submit a currency election by the 6 July deadline will have their dividends paid in Nigerian naira for NGX holders or U.S. dollars for LSE holders.
