* Oando PLC will hold its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to review the 2025 audited financial statements, re-appoint auditors, and re-elect directors. * The company is proposing special business resolutions, including the authorization of related-party transactions, amendments to its Memorandum and Articles of Association to enable virtual/hybrid meetings and digital asset operations, and authorization for the cross-border listing of its shares. * The Register of Members and Transfer Books will be closed from August 27, 2026, to August 28, 2026, to facilitate the AGM.

• Oando PLC reported H1 2026 revenue of ₦2.1 trillion (up 20% year-on-year) and profit after tax of ₦68.6 billion (up 8%), driven by increased production and higher product prices. • Average production rose 16% year-on-year to 42,789 boepd, supported by new drilling and the restoration of shut-in wells, while production opex decreased by 18% to $16.83/boe. • The company successfully restructured its Corporate Facility and Medium-Term Loan and is actively progressing a ₦200 billion Rights Issue and a US$1.5 billion multi-instrument issuance program to strengthen its balance sheet. • Oando maintains FY2026 production guidance of 40,000–50,000 boepd and has revised its traded crude oil volume guidance to 22–26 MMbbls.
