* Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust (NREIT) has launched its Series 6 Offer, aiming to raise up to ₦30.4 billion through the issuance of 289,630,000 units at a price of ₦105 per unit.
* The offering, which opened on July 9, 2026, is part of a larger ₦400 billion issuance programme and will be used to acquire new assets for the Fund's portfolio.
* Upon completion of this capital raise, NREIT’s total market capitalisation is expected to exceed ₦210 billion, strengthening its position as Nigeria's largest REIT.
