* LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc has announced a further delay in the publication of its 2025 Audited Financial Statements (AFS) as it awaits final regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
* The filing of the Q1 and Q2 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements has also been delayed due to NGX portal requirements, which mandate that the full-year audited accounts must be filed before quarterly statements can be submitted.
* Following approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the bank is committed to publishing the 2025 AFS within 48 hours of receiving final clearance from the CBN.
