* Cadbury Nigeria Plc has amended the agenda for its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held virtually on June 26, 2026, at 10:00 am. * The amendment revises resolution 2 regarding the election and re-election of directors, noting specifically that Mrs. Ibukun Awosika has resigned and will no longer be retiring by rotation at the AGM. * Shareholders are asked to approve a renewed General Mandate allowing the company to engage in recurrent related party transactions for its day-to-day operations. * The company’s Register of Members and Transfer book will be closed from June 8 to June 11, 2026, for the purpose of updating records.

* Cadbury Nigeria PLC has appointed Mr. Ayman Hussein F. Gaafar (also known as Ayman Fahmy) as its new Managing Director, effective May 15, 2026. * Mr. Gaafar brings extensive international FMCG experience from organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Danone, and Shan Foods. * Mrs. Folake Ogundipe will step down as Interim Managing Director upon Mr. Gaafar’s assumption of the role, having served in the position since December 2025.
