• The 56th Annual General Meeting of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc will be held on June 18, 2026, in Abuja to approve the 2025 financial statements and declare a dividend. • For the 2025 fiscal year, the Group reported a profit for the year of ₦30.17 billion (up from ₦15.51 billion in 2024), while the Company reported a profit of ₦36.92 billion (up from ₦6.05 billion in 2024). • Shareholders will vote on a special resolution to fix the annual fee for Non-Executive Directors at ₦20 million each, and ₦28 million for the Chairman, effective January 1, 2026.
