Dangote Refinery IPO: Full List of Banks, Apps and Platforms Where You Can Buy Shares

Investors can subscribe to the Dangote Refinery initial public offering (IPO) through more than 50 approved platforms covering commercial banks, stockbrokers and fintech apps. The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) Invest Portal sits at the centre of the subscription network, alongside digital names such as PiggyVest and Bamboo.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the offer of 4.1 billion ordinary shares at N525 each. If fully subscribed, the transaction could raise roughly N2.15 trillion. The minimum investment is N5,250.

Investors can subscribe through the NGX Invest Portal and the following banks:

The offer gives Nigerian retail investors a direct route into one of Africa's biggest industrial projects, and a wider pool of local shareholders in a refinery that has shaped fuel supply and forex demand in the country.
